Horrible experience they won’t fix my son’s broken tooth for months… they said they’d only fix it if we saw a specialist, To make sure he didn’t need a root canal… I had to use a specialist out of network and pay out-of-pocket. He confirmed my suspicion he didn’t need a root camel and the specialist warned the longer they waited the more likely he’d get an infection. They still made us wait months and made me prepay part of the cost. They asked to prep my son in the back And do a simple fluoride treatment on him before they started. When I came to the back room, they had him already on sleeping gas. And then they showed he had a gum infection above the broken tooth. He had been hiding it because he wanted his tooth fixed so bad. I told them to stop gassing him… Obviously, they wouldn’t be able to perform the treatment today. They said I was getting unruly , I said you had him back here this time and supposedly did a treatment on him, but didn’t notice the infection? And why did you start gassing him? They proceeded to get the manager… and told me I was not welcome back. I said will you at least give a prescription for my son’s tooth infection. They gave me one. It didn’t help it

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially by the manager. Before my son’s appointment, his mother called the office twice to make sure they accepted his insurance, and both times she was told they did. We went forward with the appointment based on that information. Afterward, the insurance was denied and we were told we are now responsible for the entire $536 bill because his mother signed a form stating we would be responsible if insurance didn’t pay. I understand there are forms and policies, but my issue is how this was handled after we specifically verified the insurance with the office beforehand. When I called to ask questions and try to understand what happened, the manager was very dismissive and not cooperative at all. I was trying to explain my concern and ask why we were told the insurance was accepted if we were going to end up responsible for the full bill, but I felt like my concerns were being brushed off instead of actually addressed. What really bothered me was that she ended up hanging up on me while I was still trying to explain the situation. I wasn’t calling to argue or avoid paying something we legitimately owe. Everyone was very patient and kind. I brought my daughter in for her first dental appointment, and she was not very cooperative, but the entire team handled the situation so wonderfully. I truly admire how they work with children and make them feel comfortable, even during challenging moments. I feel very confident and comfortable with this practice. The waiting room and the entire office are so kid-friendly, which helps create a welcoming and positive experience for both children and parents. We had a great experience, and I’m so thankful for their patience and care!

We had an amazing experience at this pediatric dental office! From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and welcoming. All receptionist were very friendly and interactive with my girls, and the dentist and assistant were both so kind and attentive. Everyone we interacted with made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The attention to detail really stood out. Most importantly, both of my daughters loved their visit! Since it was their first time, I’m so grateful it was such a positive experience for them. I honestly wish I could come here as an adult 😊 Highly recommend!
